The Tri-Cities is the Subaru-iest place I've ever been. I suspect that these three cities - Kennewick, Pasco and Richland - single-handedly keep Subaru Motors in business.

When I'm in Arizona I count the license plates of snow birds, and I get particularly excited when I see a Washington license plate. Here I count Subarus when I'm driving. O_o Yes, I need to get a real hobby.

CONTEST!!! WIN a FREE Sandwich and Side!!! 2/2/2012

My favorite sandwich to eat at the bakery is BBQ Pulled Pork with Milli's homemade potato salad on the side. She rubs the meat in seasoning and then slow roasts it until it falls apart perfectly. It's seasoned so well that it doesn't necessarily have to have more BBQ sauce on it to be delicious. Some customers have even opted to leave off additional BBQ sauce and eaten it as is. But, I admit that I do like to add quite a bit of sauce just so that it can drip down and I can lick it up. O_o

It's true. There's something about eating food that's dripping all over your hands that makes it so much more enjoyable. Why is that? In many cases such a scenario would make me cringe, but eating a big hunk of food, that takes both hands and tons of napkins is heaven for me. Mmm ...
